Feta Sun-Dried Tomato Appetizer

  1. Slice tomato strips, and soak in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Line baking dish with chopped garlic.
  3. Mix oil, herbs, tomatoes and pepper.
  4. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth.
  5. Bake 50 minutes, then stir.
  6. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Add remainder of broth.
  8. Banke 15 minutes.
  9. Crumble feta cheese on top of casserole and bake an additional 15 minutes.
