Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies Healthier
- 1 cup margarine
- 14 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 34 cup brown sugar, packed
- 12 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 14 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 (4 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs together until creamy.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Bake until lightly browned.
- Store in an air tight container.
