Tuna Frittata Recipe
- 1 (12.5 ounce.) can solid white tuna
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. minced green onion
- 1 teaspoon dry Italian herb seasoning
- 10 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Heat butter in a 10" oven proof skillet or possibly omelet pan.
- Saute/fry onion with herbs for about one minute.
- Drain tuna and add in to skillet, stirring to break up large pcs.
- Beat Large eggs well with garlic salt and pepper.
- Pour into pan.
- Don't stir.
- Cook over medium heat till bottom half of Large eggs are cooked.
- Place under broiler, about 4" from heat, till tops of Large eggs are set.
- Serve at once in pan, cutting into wedges.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
