Tuna Frittata Recipe

  1. Heat butter in a 10" oven proof skillet or possibly omelet pan.
  2. Saute/fry onion with herbs for about one minute.
  3. Drain tuna and add in to skillet, stirring to break up large pcs.
  4. Beat Large eggs well with garlic salt and pepper.
  5. Pour into pan.
  6. Don't stir.
  7. Cook over medium heat till bottom half of Large eggs are cooked.
  8. Place under broiler, about 4" from heat, till tops of Large eggs are set.
  9. Serve at once in pan, cutting into wedges.
  10. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
