Freezable Marinated Pork Yaki-Niku

  1. Cut the meat into bite-size pieces and put it into a bowl.
  2. Next, add in all the marinade ingredients and mix well.
  3. Divide Step 1 into 1-serving portions for a bento, and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Place them in a freezer bag and freeze.
  5. When using for a bento, thaw a plastic wrapped-portion in the microwave.
  6. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  7. Cook on medium heat.
  8. Pack them into your bento box.
  9. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
