Freezable Marinated Pork Yaki-Niku
- 300 grams Pork offcuts (or thinly sliced pork )
- 1 Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 dash White sesame seeds (For finishing touches)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Grated onion
- 1 Grated garlic
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 1 Shichimi spice
- 2 tsp Katakuriko
- Cut the meat into bite-size pieces and put it into a bowl.
- Next, add in all the marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Divide Step 1 into 1-serving portions for a bento, and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Place them in a freezer bag and freeze.
- When using for a bento, thaw a plastic wrapped-portion in the microwave.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Cook on medium heat.
- Pack them into your bento box.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
