Bread Machine Sourdough Bread Recipe
- 3/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. water (70 to 80 F)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil (plain or possibly flavored)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 c. bread flour
- 1 x combo packet FLEISCHMANN'S Yeast
- With Ready-to-Use Sourdough Starter - San Francisco Style Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer, adding sourdough starter with yeast.
- Process on basic/white or possibly French bread cycle; use medium/normal crust color setting.
- Remove bread from pan; cold on wire rack.
- Makes 1 (1-lb.)
