BBQ Prawn Skewers

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, parsley and pepper then chill.
  2. Thread 3 prawns and 4 pieces of asparagus alternately between the prawns onto a wooden skewer.
  3. Continue with another 7 skewers to make 8.
  4. Combine the oil, oregano, juice, rind and seasonings and pour over the skewers, allow to stand for 15 minutes.
  5. Char grill the skewers on a preheated BBQ or grill plate until golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve prawns with a dollop of aioli for dipping and a crisp green salad.
