Easy Two Layer Bavarois Done in 10 Minutes

  1. Mix the ingredients marked together in a bowl.
  2. Heat the ingredients marked in a saucepan.
  3. Add the gelatin powder when it starts to bubble, and whisk well.
  4. Don't let it boil.
  5. Pour the mixture from Step 2 into the bowl from Step 1 and mix.
  6. Pour the mixture into bowls moistened with water, and let them chill to finish I topped mine with orange and mint.
  7. You can even pour it into a container like this.
  8. This is a mould used to make doughnuts in the microwave.
  9. Try it with moulds of various sizes.
