Barbecued Beef Cubes Recipe

• 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce
• 1 c. ketchup
• 1 c. water
• 1 minced onion
• 4 tbsp. brown sugar
• 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 pound stewing beef

1. Assemble all ingredients in a crock pot and let cook, uncovered, all day.
2. Serve over rice.
3. Serve 4.
4. I substitute chicken breasts chunks for the beef and it is really delicious.
