Shredded Beef for Burritos
- 5 pounds Chuck Roast
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 can Diced Green Chiles (4 Oz)
- 1 jar Taco Sauce (8 Oz.)
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 6-8 hours, or on low for 10-12 hours.
- Shred meat with a fork before serving.
