Asparagus & Cheese Snacks
- 20 slices cocktail rye bread, toasted
- 3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 20 slices
- 40 asparagus spear tips, blanched, chilled
- 2 medium roasted red peppers, peeled, each cut into 10 thin strips
- Preheat broiler.
- Spread toast slices with mustard.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Top each with 1 cheese slice and 2 asparagus tips.
- Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Top with the peppers.
- Serve warm.
