Green Tomato Pie

  1. Sprinkle flour over the bottom of pie shell.
  2. Layer sliced green tomatoes into shell.
  3. Mix sugars, lemon juice and spices.
  4. Pour over tomatoes
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Cover with top crust.
  7. Bake at 425 degrees (225 C.) for 15 minutes.
  8. Reduce heat to 375 drgrees.
  9. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
