Cheesy Chicken Fajita Quesadillas

  1. Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min., stirring frequently.
  2. Add peppers and onions; cook 4 to 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in salsa and beans; cook 3 min.
  5. or until heated through.
  6. Spoon about 1/4 cup chicken mixture onto half of each tortilla; top evenly with cheese.
  7. Fold tortillas in half.
  8. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  9. Add quesadillas to skillet in batches; cook 2 min.
  10. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  11. Fold each quesadilla in half or cut into wedges to serve.
