Vickys Sticky Sweet Chilli Chicken Drumsticks
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 8 tbsp Thai Sweet Chilli dipping sauce, see my recipe link below
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce, see my gluten-free recipe link below
- 2 tbsp soft brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp dried chopped coriander leaf
- 1/2 tsp dried chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
- Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400F and line a baking tray with foil
- Mix the glaze ingredients together
- Pat dry the chicken drumsticks and place on the baking tray.
- Season with a sprinkle of salt then spoon over half of the glaze
- Bake for 20 minutes, then turn over, spoon over the rest of the glaze and bake a further 20 minutes
- Baste with the tray juices before serving
