Vickys Sticky Sweet Chilli Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400F and line a baking tray with foil
  2. Mix the glaze ingredients together
  3. Pat dry the chicken drumsticks and place on the baking tray.
  4. Season with a sprinkle of salt then spoon over half of the glaze
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn over, spoon over the rest of the glaze and bake a further 20 minutes
  6. Baste with the tray juices before serving
