Herb Stuffed Pasta Shells

  1. Cook pasta as directed; do not overcook.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. While pasta is cooking, combine cheeses, then mix in eggs and seasonings.
  4. Stir in bread crumbs last.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with a bit of the cheese-herb mixture.
  6. Arrange stuffed shells in a greased, covered casserole and bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, until filling is hot.
