Chocolate-Coffee Cheesecake Brownies
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2-1/2 cups sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL CAFE Orange Cafe, divided
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur or orange juice, divided
- 5 eggs, divided
- 1-1/4 cups flour, divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. orange zest
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or until butter is melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir 2 cups sugar and 1/4 cup each instant coffee and orange juice into chocolate mixture until blended.
- Mix in 4 eggs.
- Stir in 1 cup flour until blended.
- Spread into foil-lined 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 cup each flour and instant coffee and remaining orange juice and zest in same bowl with whisk until blended.
- Spoon mixture over brownie batter.
- Swirl with knife to marbleize.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- DO NOT OVERBAKE.
- Cool in pan.
