Chocolate-Coffee Cheesecake Brownies

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. or until butter is melted.
  4. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Stir 2 cups sugar and 1/4 cup each instant coffee and orange juice into chocolate mixture until blended.
  6. Mix in 4 eggs.
  7. Stir in 1 cup flour until blended.
  8. Spread into foil-lined 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 cup each flour and instant coffee and remaining orange juice and zest in same bowl with whisk until blended.
  10. Spoon mixture over brownie batter.
  11. Swirl with knife to marbleize.
  12. Bake 40 min.
  13. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  14. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
  15. Cool in pan.
