The Madame Almacks Cocktail
- 1 1/2 ounces Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka
- 1/2 ounce Cynar
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- One sprig fresh mint
- Champagne, for topping
- Combine all ingredients except Champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with Champagne.
