Egg Nog Bread Recipe

  1. With large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt and nutmeg.
  2. Combine Large eggs, 2 3/4 c. egg nog and oil; add in to dry ingredients.
  3. Stir till just combined.
  4. Stir in pecans and apricots.
  5. Turn into two greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
  6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 min.
  7. Cold for 10 min.
