Blueberry-Coffee Pancakes

  1. Prepare batter as directed on package for 12 pancakes, substituting coffee for the water.
  2. Stir in berries.
  3. Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
  4. Serve with the syrup.
