Easy Quick Risotto Recipe

  1. Bring water, lemon juice, bouillon and butter to a boil.
  2. Add in rice and stir.
  3. Lower heat to simmer.
  4. After approximately 2 min, stir rice again.
  5. Stir occasionally till all broth is absorbed.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in cheese till mixed.
  8. Variations: Add in 4 1/2 oz can mushrooms 5 min before rice is cooked or possibly add in 1 c. thawed frzn peas 5 min before.
  9. Total cooking time: Approximately 20 min.
  10. Cook covered at all times.
