Chunky salad with Raspberry walnut vinegrette dressing

  1. Peel the cucumbers.
  2. Slice in half remove the seeds.
  3. Slice apples in half remove cores and chop into bite sized pieces.
  4. Pour the lemon juice over the apple pieces.
  5. Coat each piece of apple so it won't discolor.
  6. Add chickpeas drain the juices and discard keeping the chickpeas.
  7. Wedge the tomatoes, add them, shred the carrots and add.
  8. Add your spices and salt.
  9. Add dressing.
  10. And add apples with lemon juices.
  11. Mix altogether let chill and serve hope you enjoy.
