Barbecue Beef Hand Pies

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Combine meat and barbecue sauce.
  3. Unroll 1 pie crust and lay out flat; cut into quarters.
  4. Spoon 1/4 cup of the meat mixture onto each quarter of crust; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
  5. cheese.
  6. Fold each dough piece lengthwise in half; crimp edges with fork to seal.
  7. Repeat with remaining crust, meat mixture and cheese.
  8. Place pies on parchment paper- or foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  9. Bake 12 to 15 min.
  10. or until golden brown.
