Patti'S Party Meatballs
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- No. 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Blend first 9 ingredients.
- Combine last 4 ingredients in saucepan; heat.
- Stir until smooth.
- Mix with other mixture.
- Make into balls.
- Place on pan or cookie sheet.
- Put in freezer overnight.
- Put in plastic bag; return to freezer.
- Use as needed. When ready to cook, place in baking dish on cooked spaghetti with catsup over top (generously).
- Bake 1 hour and serve.
