Duck Breast Spaghetti
- 1/3 kg duck breast
- packages spaghetti
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 minced garlic
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp thousand island sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- pinch ground black pepper
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Firstly boil the spaghetti till its perfect and drain them and let them to be room temperature.
- Marinate the duck breast by using the rice flour, pepper and honey.
- Let them in rest for 20-30 minutes.
- The purpose of the rice flour is to make the duck breast crisper.
- After resting the duck breast, pan fry them till they really tender using the olive oil; extra virgin.
- Its time for the spaghetti, start of the heat with the unsalted butter and let it melt half complete and add those garlic and onions.
- Saute them till they turn into golden brown.
- Add the heavy cream, lemon juice, parmesan cheese and thousand island sauce into the saute onions n garlics.
- Let them be really creamy and then add the salt.
- Add the spaghetti into the sauce and give it a nice turnover and slice the duck breast and chopped parsley and get ready to dig in!
