Polish Lasagna Busy Day Perogies Recipe
- 12 cooked lasagna noodles or possibly 1 pound wide noodles
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 medium onion minced or possibly sliced
- 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 12 servings instant mashed potatoes
- 3 c. Cheddar cheese shredded
- Saute/fry onions in butter.
- Prepare potatoes according to directions, add in 2 cans cheddar cheese soup.
- Place some butter and onions in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Place 3 noodles (or possibly 1/4 cooled wide noodles) then 1/4 potato mix.
- Continue layering 4 layers.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly microwave 5 to 7 min or possibly till warm.
