Chocolate Snickerdoodles

• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate melted
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 cups sifted flower
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Mix oil, chocolate, and sugar, and blend in one egg at a time.
2. Add vanilla, stir in dry ingredients to oil mixture.
3. Chill overnight.
4. Drop by teaspoons in powdered sugar, roll and shape into balls.
5. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
