Chocolate Snickerdoodles
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups sifted flower
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Mix oil, chocolate, and sugar, and blend in one egg at a time.
- Add vanilla, stir in dry ingredients to oil mixture.
- Chill overnight.
- Drop by teaspoons in powdered sugar, roll and shape into balls.
- Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
