PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Fields No-Bake Cheesecake

  1. Mix graham crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  3. Beat Neufchatel and 3/4 cup of the remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  4. Add preserves; mix well.
  5. Place strawberries and remaining sugar in small bowl; mash with fork.
  6. Add strawberry mixture and COOL WHIP to cream cheese mixture; mix well.
  7. Spoon over crust.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours.
