Lori's Korean Beef
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 tablespoons green onions (minced)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add the garlic, onions and sesame seeds.
- Saute 30 seconds.
- Add beef.
- Brown.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sugar, cayenne and pepper.
- Heat through.
