Crock Pot Swiss Steak

  1. Cut steak into 4 serving pieces.
  2. Dredge in flour mixed with salt; place in crockpot.
  3. Add chopped vegetables and worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour tomato sauce over meat and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours.
  6. Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Recipe may be doubled for 5 quart crockpot.
  8. Cook the maximum time.
