Quick Creamy Gnocchi Carbonara

  1. Cook gnocchi in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Drain.
  3. Set gnocchi aside.
  4. Whisk cream cheese product and broth in same pan until blended.
  5. Stir in bacon.
  6. Bring just to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  7. Return gnocchi to pan; cook and stir 1 min.
  8. or until heated through.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Stir in Parmesan.
