Minted Cocoa Coffee Mix

• 1-1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup instant coffee granules
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1 dash salt
• 6 peppermint candies, crushed

1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Store in an airtight container.
4. To serve, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons mix into cup or mug, fill with boiling water.
5. Stir to blend.
