Curried Tuna Slice

  1. Using 2 sheets of pastry, line a lightly greased 28cm x 18cm slice tin.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into pastry-lined tin, pressing down well.
  3. Using remaining pastry, cover the filling, trim edges and crimp.
  4. Use the pastry scraps to decorate the top.
  5. Glaze & cut a vent in pastry top.
  6. Bake in a moderate oven for 35 mins or until golden brown.
  7. Can be served hot or cold.
