Blue Cheese And Port Bread Recipe

• 1 Lb Loaf:
• 2/3 c. Water
• 2 c. Bread Flour White
• 1 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 Tbsp. Salt
• 2 tsp Butter
• 2 Tbsp. port wine (red)
• 1/4 c. Blue cheese
• 1/4 c. walnuts coarsely minced
• 2 1/2 Tbsp. Applesauce
• 1 1/2 tsp active dry Yeast
