Biscuits And Sausage Gravy Recipe
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. hot lowfat milk
- 1 batch of biscuits (warm)
- In a frying pan, brown sausage completely, drain grease.
- Add in 3 Tbsp.
- flour, stir quickly.
- Add in hot lowfat milk - stir constantly till thick.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve over split biscuits - pepper to taste.
- Quick, easy, great when snow is on the grnd.
