Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Stir together whole-wheat flour, wheat germ, dry milk, and baking soda.
  2. Set aside.
  3. cream together butter and brown sugar in bowl until light and fluffy, using electric mixer at medium speed.
  4. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
  5. Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture, mixing well.
  6. Stir in chocolate pieces, sunflower seeds and peanuts.
  7. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, on greased baking sheets.
  8. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
