Deep Dish Pizza Quick! Recipe
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 c. hot water (105 to 115 degrees)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 (8 ounce.) can pizza sauce
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, sausage, black olives, etc.)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Dissolve yeast in hot water.
- Stir in remaining 4 ingredients, beat with a fork 25 strokes.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Press dough proportionately in greased deep dish pizza pan and up the sides about half way.
- Spread with pizza sauce and toppings.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
