Melting Hanpen with Shiso and Cheese
- 1 Hanpen
- 2 Shiso leaves
- 1 Easy melting cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 drizzle Soy sauce (regular or salt-reduced)
- Cut the hanpen into four triangles.
- Slice the shiso leaves into half lengthwise.
- Make cuts into the upper side of the hanpen triangles.
- Sandwich the shiso leaf and melting cheese.
- Heat butter in a pan and pan-fry both sides of the hanpen until brown.
- Drizzle in the soy sauce to finish, and serve.
