Melting Hanpen with Shiso and Cheese

  1. Cut the hanpen into four triangles.
  2. Slice the shiso leaves into half lengthwise.
  3. Make cuts into the upper side of the hanpen triangles.
  4. Sandwich the shiso leaf and melting cheese.
  5. Heat butter in a pan and pan-fry both sides of the hanpen until brown.
  6. Drizzle in the soy sauce to finish, and serve.
