Lo Salt, Lo Fat Pizza Recipe
- 2 (12 inch) round pizza crusts (Tops)
- 1 1/2 blocks part skim lowfat milk Mozzarella (Tops)
- 2 1/2 links chicken or possibly turkey Italian sausage (grnd)
- 1 stick lo-salt pepperoni, sliced (Bells)
- 1 jar "salt to taste" Prego sauce
- 5/8 to 3/4 pound mushrooms
- 1 med. Spanish onion
- 1 med. green pepper
- 1 can lg. black olives
- Canned warm or possibly medium pepper rings
- Add in 2 rounded tsp.
- sugar and 1/4 tsp.
- garlic pwdr to the jar of sauce.
- Shake and let stand, shaking occasionally during the day.
- Pour 1/2 to 3/4 jar of sauce proportionately between both crusts.
- Grate the cheese coarsely and spread proportionately on both crusts.
- Put on pepperoni then Italian sausage.
- "Nuke" or possibly cook mushrooms.
- Let cold and put on pizzas.
- Chop onion and green pepper and add in.
- Slice olives; add in, put on sliced warm or possibly medium peppers.
- Spray cookie sheet with no-stick Mazola or possibly Pam.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min.
- Remove, slice in half, separate halves slightly, bake for approximately 10 more min.
- Pour a beer, slice pizza, enjoy!
- Bake other pizza while eating.
