Toffee-Top Cheesecake Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine flour, confectioners' sugar, cocoa and baking soda in medium bowl; cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Press into bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake 15 minutes.
  5. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  6. Add sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla extract; beat until smooth.
  7. Stir in 1 cup toffee bits.
  8. Pour mixture over hot crust.
  9. Bake 25 minutes or until set.
  10. Remove from oven.
  11. Cool about 15 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup toffee bits evenly over top.
  13. Cool completely.
  14. Refrigerate several hours or until cold.
  15. Store leftover bars covered in refrigerator.
  16. Makes about 36 bars.
