Prosciutto Wrapped Figs Stuffed With Mozzarella
- 18 dried figs
- 6 slice prosciutto
- 18 bocconcini (small mozzarella balls)
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Cut each prosciutto slice lengthwise into 3 strips.
- Make a 1 inch slit in each fig, then stuff each with a piece of cheese.
- Wrap each stuffed fig with a prosciutto strip and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Place in oven and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
