Frittata Florentine w/ ham and provolone

  1. Mix egg beaters and 4 eggs add seasoning prior
  2. Grease pie plate
  3. Poor mixture into pie plate
  4. Add onion, green pepper, green onion, ham and provolone on top of mixture in pie plate
  5. Cook at 375 for 45 minutes
  6. Cool eat and enjoy
