Frittata Florentine w/ ham and provolone
- 1 Egg Beaters Florentine
- 4 Eggs
- 1 dash of onion powder
- 1 dash of garlic powder
- 1 dash season salt
- 1 Half a diced onion
- 1 fresh ground pepper
- 1 Half diced green pepper
- 4 slice thin imported ham
- 1 Two pieces of provolone broken up
- 1 Two sliced green onion
- Mix egg beaters and 4 eggs add seasoning prior
- Grease pie plate
- Poor mixture into pie plate
- Add onion, green pepper, green onion, ham and provolone on top of mixture in pie plate
- Cook at 375 for 45 minutes
- Cool eat and enjoy
