Paris Snacks

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients thoroughly by hand.
  2. Spread bread slices thickly with butter and fry on buttered side until golden brown.
  3. Remove from pan, spread fried side of slices thickly with meat mixture and fry, meat side first, for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Turn and brown on the other side.
