Chili Con Carne
- 2 cups pinto beans dried
- 2 pounds beef cut up
- 2 each bay leaves
- 2 large onions sliced
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 5 each tomatoes peeled, seeded, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1/4 teaspoon sage dried
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Mix ingredients into pot and simmer to let the flavours blend.
- Sitr regularly.
