Oyster pizza - Quick and easy
- 2 each naan bread or whole wheat tortilla
- 1 can tomatoe paste
- 1 can Oysters
- 3 each olive (optional)
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano spice
- 1/2 cup shredded mozerella
- 2 each fresh tomatoes
- Preheat oven at 400F
- Cover naan bread or tortilla with desired amount of tomatoe paste.
- Sprinkle some of (not ) shredded mozzarella over naan bread or tortilla .
- Slice the the tomatoes and layer as desired on the naan bread .
- Slice up the olives and layer as desired .
- Drain off the excessive fluids from the canned oysters and add to the layer.
- Add the rest of the mozerrela then season by sprinkling a liberal amount of thyme and oregano.
- Place in oven at 400F for 10 min or until desired crisps is achieved.
