Barbeque Beef Recipe
- 3 lb chuck roast
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lrg onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Lea and Perrins
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr salt, pepper, and garlic pwdr to taste
- Brown roast in oil.
- Combine and mix the remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
- Cook in sauce 3 to 4 hrs.
- Shred meat and return to pot and cook (simmer) for an additional hour.
