Asparagus and Shiitake Stir-Fry

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the asparagus and mushrooms, and saute just until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot.
