Saucy Shrimp Pasta
- 3 cups penne pasta (8 oz.), uncooked
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. large shrimp (26 to 30 count), peeled, cleaned
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) no-salt added diced tomatoes, drained Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
- Remove shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add ham and onions to skillet; cook 3 min.
- Add tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms.
- Bring to boil; reduce heat to low and return shrimp to skillet.
- Cover; simmer 3 min.
- or until heated through.
- Spoon sauce over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
