Apricot Cookies Recipe

• 1/2 c. Butter
• 3 ounce Cream cheese
• 1/2 c. Apricot preserves
• 1 1/4 c. Flour
• 1/4 c. Sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/2 c. Flaked coconut

1. Cream butter, cream cheese & preserves.
2. Add in remaining ingredients & blend well.
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
