TX's Style ~ Cheesy Vegetable Soup
- 2 large Carrots, skinned and shredded
- 1 medium Onion, graded
- 2 cup Boiling water
- 2 can Cream of celery soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cup Velveta
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce ~ to taste
- Boil in water ~ carrots and onions until tender ~ 30 to 35 min
- Add soup, milk, velveta and worcestershire, cook over medium to low heat ~ stirring until cheese is melted
