Cranberry Scones
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 cup old fashioned oats
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 3 tablespoons cold butter
- 23 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 14 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 pinch lemon zest
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Crumble in butter.
- Make a well and stir in milk and agave.
- Stir in cranberries, walnuts, and zest.
- Pat out into a 8" circle on lightly floured surface.
- Cut into wedges and place on lightly greased baking sheet.
- Brush with remaining tablespoon of milk.
- Bake for 16 minutes on 425.
