Zucchini au Gratin

  1. Melt butter in saucepan on low heat.
  2. Add rest of ingredients except cheese.
  3. Cover and cook on simmer until squash is tender, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add cheese and cover pan until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve without draining, as no liquid has been added.
